Below is a step by step on how to play SEN AFL Tipping 2026 including registration, placing your tips, scoring and everything else you need to know to get your season underway.

2. Registration

How to register for SEN AFL Tipping 2026.

• You are automatically entered into the overall competition.
• There is only one registration permitted per person.
• Play on your own and keep track of your tips throughout the season or;
• Join an existing league to compete in throughout the season or;
• Join the Rheem AFL Tipping Sub League for more prizing or;
• Join the Cygnett AFL Tipping Sub League for more prizing or;
• Join the Forty Winks Tipping Sub League for more prizing or;
• Create a league and invite your friends, family and colleagues to join.

3. Tipping and Scoring

You can submit your tips at any point up until the beginning of each individual game throughout the season.

You may also select Auto Pick which will select the most popular selections for you automatically.

If you do not make a selection within a Round, then you will be awarded the away teams as a default selection.
Please note a user can only receive a maximum of 5 correct default selections in any Round.

If you join the Competition – or any sponsored sub league, private or public league - late (after the commencement of the 2026 AFL season) you will be awarded one correct tip for all the winning away teams for the year up until the point of your registration.
Please note this will be limited to a maximum of 5 correct tips per Round up until the point of registration.

You must select a margin for the first game of every Round.

Enter what you think will be the margin for the first game of each Round.

Your margin prediction will be used as a tiebreaker if you are tied with any other competitors based on total correct tips. The margin referring to the difference between the Entrant’s submitted margin for the selected game and the actual margin of that game.
eg: if you tip a team to win by 10 points and they win by 5 points, your Margin Difference for that game is 5 points.

In Round 24 however please note as the AFL fixture order is not finalised, the margin game will be the first listed match upon announcement of the fixture at the beginning of the season. However, once the AFL fixture order for Round 24 is finalised the actual position of this match may change.

You will be allocated a default margin of 15 points if you do not select a margin for the first game in any Round.

If users are still tied on tips and margin, the user who registered their account first will be deemed the winner.

For every correct tip you are awarded one (1) point, in line with the points scoring summary:

4. Results

• Results are released at the completion of each game and are usually published within fifteen minutes on the site.
• Overall rankings and ladders are usually updated by 6:00am AEDT the day following the completion of the Round.
• Please allow for flexibility around these times if technical issues arise, at which point all users will be notified.
